Pésimo servicio. Llegue 2:40 pm para atención a cliente y no quisieron atenderme porque “cerraban a las 4:00”. Llegue hora y 20 min antes.

Los cajeros no sirven se traban y se dejan el dinero y pa recuperarlo te hacen perder 3 hrs como si les estuvieras limosneando tu propio dinero... Pesimo banco y no respetan la sana distancia ni toman las medidas anticovid... ??

Muy lento el servicio tanto como para select & cliente, falta de personal o no hay comunicación en sus empleados muy mal la atención, fila de mas de 40min podria ser mejor la experiencia

Filas de 1 hora para entrar y darse cuenta que solo tienen 1 ejecutivo trabajando, luego no puede solucionar los problemas, personal falto de capacitación para trabajar en banco, pésimo servicio... El banco abre a las 9am y solo llego un ejecutivo, el segundo llego a las 10:50....

Generalmente el servicio de todos los bancos es malo, pero este se lleva las palmas de oro por el mal servicio. Es entendible que ahora las filas las hagan afuera y con sana distancia para tener menos gente dentro de la sucursal, pero pasan a la gente que va a cajas en pequeños grupos y los sientan uno a uno dentro de la sucursal, entonces de que sirven los protocolos... El tratar de pasar con un ejecutivo es ir a perder mucho tiempo, el día de ayer vine y habían 3 personas adelante de mi y me tarde hora y quince minutos para pasar y no me resolvieron del todo el motivo de mi visita, habían dos ejecutivas y un ejecutivo, una de ellas, la que me atendió, estaba agarrándose el cabello a cada momento y en el celular y platicando con otra persona, solo perdiendo tiempo mientras los usuarios están afuera esperando horas. Hoy tuve que regresar y lleva una hora en la fila para poder pasar de nuevo con otro ejecutivo. Es una pérdida de tiempo y se les olvidan que todos somos clientes, por comentarios que he leído es una constante el mal servicio, pero bueno uno va por mera necesidad a hacer ciertos trámites.

Ni siquiera se merecen esta única estrella que marco ya que es un banco que tiene muy poca organización a la hora de formar a la gente que se encuentra a fuera de la sucursal ya que hay personas que solo van a realizar un tramite que se lleva unos 10 minutos, la hacen esperar más de 1 hora. Yo tengo cuenta aquí solo por que mi empresa me paga por medio de esta cuenta. Pero la verdad ni se las recomiendo.
