★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal está en una de la principales avenidas de la ciudad es recomendable asistir a pie ya q el ingreso es complicado vía automóvil,hay estacionamiento a un costado pero lo complicado es el tráfico de la zona.
Me encantó la atención,fue muy rápido ya q no hay tanta gente no,sé si fue x el horario pero de las mejores ahí en el centro histórico.
 The branch is on one of the main avenues of the city, it is advisable to attend on foot since the entrance is complicated by car, there is parking to one side but the complicated thing is the traffic in the area.
I loved the attention, it was very fast since there are not so many people, no, I know if it was x the schedule but one of the best there in the historic center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy una porque no se le puede dar 0 no saben ni dónde están parados, todos platicando y con el teléfono no atienden a la gente y cuando por fin te toca tu turno no saben ni tienen idea. El gerente igual, parece una tarde de cuates. No pierdan su tiempo y vayan a otra sucursal.
I give him one because he cannot give it or they do not even know where they are standing, everyone is talking and with the phone they do not attend to people and when it is finally your turn they do not know or have a clue. The manager anyway, it seems like an afternoon for friends. Don't waste your time and go to another branch.

Los ejecutivos hablando entre ellos, con los teléfonos y te atienden cuando les provoca, además me dijeron que el trámite no se podía realizar cuando fui a otra sucursal y me lo hicieron sin problema, increíble el poco nivel de ética que tienen, tanta gente apta queriendo trabajar y contratan a este tipo de personas, ni hablar del gerente.
INCOMPETENT. The executives talking to each other, with the phones and they answer you when it provokes them, they also told me that the procedure could not be carried out when I went to another branch and they did it without problem, incredible how little level of ethics they have, so many suitable people wanting to work and they hire this type of person, not to mention the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y actitud de los ejecutivos. El tiempo de espera es exagerado no se justifica. Chequen comentarios anteriores y son similares al mio, ojala corporativamente tomen cartas en el asunto.
Terrible attention and attitude of the executives. The waiting time is exaggerated and is not justified. Check previous comments and they are similar to mine, hopefully corporately they take action on the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los "ejecutivos" son más lentos que nada, si vienen a esta sucursal de menos perderán 3 horas después te dirán que no pueden hacer el proceso al que veniste, si vas a otra te lo harán sin problema.
Terrible service, the "executives" are slower than anything, if they come to this branch for less they will lose 3 hours later they will tell you that they cannot do the process you came for, if you go to another they will do it without a problem.
