 They take a long time to attend! Their service is very slow but they have an ATM area to withdraw cash.

they take hours to attend for a card replacement they ask for documents that are not needed for the replacement and in the end they never attend you the worst bank in MEXICO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo el servicio el personal es limitado y te hacen esperar horas aveces de pie porque no hay suficientes lugares para los clientes, no logran abastecer la demanda de clientes de la region.
The service is very bad, the staff is limited and they make you wait hours sometimes on your feet because there are not enough places for customers, they cannot supply the demand of customers in the region.

It is definitely the slowest bank I have visited in my life, the average waiting time is 1 to 3 hours and then they serve you reluctantly as if you were asking for a favor, terrible service!
