Muchas trabas para abrir una cuenta aún teniendo carta patronal de Secretaria de Salud. A fuerza querían darme una cuenta digital o dar $4,000 de apertura siendo que mi carta patronal especificaba que sería sin costo y que no fuera digital.

Bastante lentos la espera d tiempo es execiva y todavía groseros las señoritas de ventanilla para variar a esta hora 9:15 am la fila está dando vuelta y no c si no dan servicio o no pues lentos y todo muy mal servicio como siempre ojalá los altos ejecutivos tomen cartas en el asunto y la forma de operar d esta sucursal..

No había tantas personas formadas pero el servicio era muy lento. El banco tienen estacionamiento y todas las medidas de seguridad.

No tienen plantilla y te tarda en promedio 2 a 2:30 si quieres pasar con un ejecutivo, no importa el día de la semana o si es quincena, tardan mucho para atenderte.
They don't have a staff and it takes you an average of 2 to 2:30 if you want to see an executive, no matter the day of the week or if it's a fortnight, they take a long time to serve you.

Coincido con todas las opiniones acerca de esta sucursal, llegue desde las 9:10 am para pasar a ejecutivo y son las 11:30 am y sigo esperando. Son muy lentos, y pedantes como si te hicieran un favor al atenderte

No se merecen ni una Estrella. LA PEOR SUCURSAL. Fui al banco para reposición de una tarjeta porque el cajero de esa misma sucursal me la tragó un día anterior. EL EJECUTIVO NO me la quiso entregar porque el aparato no me leía las huellas digitales, al parecer ahora es la única forma de identificarte. El ejecutivo fue muy grosero y prepotente al hablar, obviamente no sirven o el ejecutivo no sabe cómo se usan. Todos sabemos que se ensucian y con el polvo o el sudor pegado, hace más difíciles las lecturas de las huellas. En fin voy a ir a otra sucursal porque me urge la tarjeta. NO VAYAN, AHÓRRENSE EL PROBLEMA Y EL disgusto. Además solo había una persona adelante de mi para el ejecutivo y me tardé de 2 horas en que me atendieran. LA PEOR, NO VAYAN.

Hoy 17 de febrero, pase a pagar lo del examen Comipems y había fila de 37 personas, tarde unos 28 minutos. Solo atendían 2 cajeras. Excelente servicio
