★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos groseros en la atención al cliente, me atendieron con la puerta cerrada y a través de esta. No me prestaron ningúna ayuda. No lo recomiendo, delante de mí aplicaron lo mismo para los demás usuarios que llegaron solicitando información.
They are rude in customer service, they attended me with the door closed and through it. They gave me no help. I do not recommend it, in front of me they applied the same to other users who came requesting information.

Asco de atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO. Sus ejecutivos se la pasan en el celular, tardan en atender y nadie te resuelve nada. Espere mas de 2 hrs, de verdad que ineficientes. De preferencia vayan a otra sucursal.
APPALLING. Its executives spend it on their cell phones, they take time to attend and nobody solves anything for you. Wait more than 2 hours, really inefficient. Preferably go to another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Estuve esperando 1 hora sin que pudiera pasar, la gente afuera amontonada, no usan cubrebocas y nadie del banco hizo nada por ordenarlos. Es un riesgo acudir a esa sucursal, no tienen medidas de protección adecuadas. Me decepciona ese banco.
Terrible service. I was waiting 1 hour without it could happen, the people outside crowded, they do not use masks and nobody from the bank did anything to order them. It is a risk to go to that branch, they do not have adequate protection measures. I'm disappointed in that bank.
