Un asco de banco.
Lo mismo en cualquier sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy lento a pesar de tener poca gente, solo es recomendable para sus socios porque les dan preferencia. me ha tocado esperar por una hora para que al final me digan que no pueden hacer el deposito por x problema y termino yendo de todos modos hasta un banamex, ahi es mas rapido y justo el trato no te tienen tanto tiempo esperando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy fui a hacer un deposito, me forme en la fila normal porque el día de ayer me regresaron de la fila de clientes porque a pesar de ser cliente no le iba a depositar a mi tarjeta, hoy la fila llegaba hasta la puerta gente sin ser clientes de Santander se colgaban a la fila con tarjeta, hay 4 cajas y solo dos personas despachando, se tardan 20 minutos por persona, en las oficinas de servicio a cliente hay 6 oficinas y también 2 personas atendiendo. Me tarde 1 hora en pasar y la fila avanzaba solo porque la gente se salía. llego una señora que traía un bebe y la pasaron sin hacer fila, que indignan te.!!
