Había unos 10 empleados en la sucursal pero solo uno en las cajas, y de los que estaban en los cubículos solo uno hacía pasar clientes, unos parecía que estaban viendo su celular. Estuve 3 horas para recoger mi tarjeta de débito. Si tienen la posibilidad de ir a otra sucursal vayan, incluso recomendaría cambiar su cuenta a otra sucursal. The worst branch. They can't be that inefficient. No le dan mantenimiento o no les interesa arreglar sus cajeros automáticos, se trago mi dinero y se tardan horas en dar solución al problema. Los empleados están de flojera hacen todo con hueva y te dejan esperando las horas. Horrible el servicio. Terrible service. Nor because it is the busiest branch in the capital.
