★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pequeña sucursal, pese a que es matriz. Los tiempos de espera para aclaraciones son largos y una vez que te atienden no se enfocan en solucionar tu problema sino que hacen otras actividades mientras supuestamente te atienden. Pésimo servicio y manejo de cuentas.
Very small branch, although it is a parent company. Waiting times for clarifications are long and once they attend you do not focus on solving your problem but they do other activities while they are supposedly attending you. Poor service and account management.

Terrible service they never solve anything for you, you go to clarify the bank and there is no one trained to help you, I had a transfer and they did not know where the money was
