Su personal está poco capacitado, cualquier cosa tienen que salir a preguntar a su jefa.
Si NO tienes cuentas con ellos prepárate para esperar 40 min aún siendo el cuarto de la fila.
Sus sistemas fallan a cada rato. Su palabra favorita es "espérame tantito se cerro el sistema".
En este banco encontrarás poca gente pero es lo mismo que si estuviera demasiado lleno. De verdad NO lo recomiendo.
The worst service
Their staff is poorly trained, they have to go out and ask their boss.
If you do NOT have accounts with them, be prepared to wait 40 minutes even if you are fourth in the row.
Their systems fail at all times. His favorite word is "wait for me, the system is closed".
In this bank you will find few people but it is the same as if you were too full. I really do NOT recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. De cinco cajas dos están cerradas, otra más con un vato que no atiende a nadie y las dos restantes súper lentas. Espere más de una hora formado y eso que era la fila de usuarios con cuenta.
No vuelvo a regresar
Terrible service. Of five boxes two are closed, one more with a vato that does not serve anyone and the remaining two super slow. Wait more than an hour formed and that was the row of users with an account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero te dicen que no tienes que tener un mínimo en tu cuenta de nomina y resulta que le depositas a tu tarjeta y te cobran comisión por manejo de cuenta...
Resulta que tienes que tener mínimo 3000 pesos aaah y si la quieres cancelar tienes que pagar las comisiones que ellos mismos se inventan; abres cuenta de nomina por un trabajo temporal te dejan de depositar y te cobran...ni avisan nada.
Son un asco, deberían de ser honestos con los clientes desde un principio... Te dicen una cosa y a la mera hora te enteras ya cuando te quitaron tu dinero que tanto te costó tenerlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, después de una visita para continuar el trámite llamamos diario, no nos contestaron. Esteban y Paola el peor servicio. Si pueden evitar venir a esta sucursal de Santander Evítenlo. La apertura de nuestra cuenta PYMES tardó más de un mes de llamadas diarias y aún así no se pudo finalizar. Me hicieron perder tiempo y dinero. PÉSIMO SERVICIO.
Terrible service, after a visit to continue the process we called daily, they did not answer us. Esteban and Paola the worst service. If you can avoid coming to this Santander branch, avoid it. The opening of our PYMES account took more than a month of daily calls and still could not be completed. They made me waste time and money. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
