★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion por parte de los ejecutivos, no respetan el turno, la subdireccion percatandose de esto no hizo nada al respecto. Si esto es al abrir una cuenta nueva , no imagino el manejo de la misma.
Pesima attention from the executives, do not respect the turn, the subadministration noticing this did nothing about it. If this is when opening a new account, I can not imagine the management of it.

Just because I have to put a star, but they don't deserve one, they have terrible service. Oxxo already perish many boxes and only one cashier and to finish it very slowly. Your service really sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of Americans review this bank pretty well. However, I did not have a good experience, purely because I was unable to change my cash dollars for pesos. The staff were polite enough to explain that I had to have an account to exchange dollars for pesos. However do not expect to speak English as all the staff speak Spanish almost exclusively.

I made a transaction using my USA debit card Bank of America and the ATM rolled but no Pesos can out and the transaction was listed on my account. The question is.....intentional or just machine failure?
