★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejan pasar a MUCHOS conocidos del guardia y recepción por encima de las personas que tienen más de tres horas haciendo fila. Lentitud en atención en cajas.
They let MANY acquaintances of the guard and reception pass over the people who have been in line for more than three hours. Slow attention in boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La lentitud es espantosa, 3 hrs para abrir una cuenta con una temperatura de 40 grados, es abusivo de parte del personal, lo que si no tengo queja es de parte del Ejecutivo Mario que me ayudó en todo y su trato fue excelente .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Bien inhumanos manteniendo filas para ejecutivos de más de una hora sin aire acondicionado. Sin olvidar que la señorita de atención a clientes es grosera y te tuerce la cara como si te hiciera un favor.
Appalling. Well inhumane holding lines for executives for more than an hour without air conditioning. Not forgetting that the customer service lady is rude and twists your face as if she were doing you a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Si usted está pensando abrir cuenta en ese banco, piénselo dos veces.
Especialmente en la sucursal de la Miguel Alemán la atención es muy mala, los tiempos de espera son larguísimos y la atención de los humanos es para dos cosas: mandarlo a usted a usar la línea o explicarle que el sistema no permitió hacer lo que usted quería hacer; eso sí, le hacen saber que tiene el derecho de ir a otra sucursal a que le repitan la dosis.
Terrible service. If you are thinking of opening an account at that bank, think twice.
Especially in the Miguel Alemán branch, the service is very bad, the waiting times are very long and the attention of humans is for two things: sending you to use the line or explaining that the system did not allow you to do what you wanted make; yes, they let you know that you have the right to go to another branch to have the dose repeated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, deberían de mejorar la calidad en el servicio y capacitar a su personal para informar de manera correcta y oportuna a sus clientes. Tarde 30 minutos esperando solo para que me preguntan qué trámite iba hacer y dure otros 50 minutos para que me dieran información si me iba atendrr o no. Es viernes 3:00 de la tarde y no hay personal en esta sucursal.
Very bad service, they should improve the quality of the service and train their staff to inform their customers in a correct and timely manner. It took 30 minutes waiting only for them to ask me what procedure I was going to do and it lasted another 50 minutes for them to give me information if I was going to attend or not. It is Friday 3:00 PM and there are no staff at this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO!!! servicio, los ejecutivos atienden a quien ellos quieren aunque tengas turno, no avanza, tienen mas de 10 personas esperando y un solo ejecutivo tiene acceso a la computadora.
Nunca saquen cuenta con este banco HORRIBLE!!!!
APPALLING!!! service, executives serve who they want even if you have a turn, it does not advance, they have more than 10 people waiting and only one executive has access to the computer.
