Me trago $3,600 pesos un cajero, levanté la queja con la Subdirectora y ella me dijo que no procedío la reclamación, claro después de hacerme esperar 5 días hábiles, me comentaron que no había registro de dinero excedente ni registro de que el cajero haya fallado, como si les estuviera mintiendo.....#$&?!@##$$$..... sí duro descompuesto desde la tarde del día que me trago el dinero, hasta la mañana siguiente y hasta me mostré el cajero a la ejecutiva, tome fotos pero de nada sirvió. Hable a la CONDUSEF, para levantar una queja y me dijo la persona que atendió que SANTANDER declara IMPROCEDENTE el 99.9% de las reclamaciones. LES RECOMIENDO NO TENGAN TRATO CON ESTE BANCO NO DIGAN QUE NO ESTÁN ADVERTIDOS..... Salu2 Terrible Bank, ATMs are never used to deposit, and when they do they swallow your money.
