★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper lento muy bonito modernizado pero pésimo servicio por mi no le pondría ninguna estrella, sus renovadas instalaciones perfectas pero donde quedo el servicio al cliente de lo peor!!
 Super slow modernized very nice but lousy service for me would not put any stars, its renovated facilities perfect but where the customer service is the worst!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención a clientes muy lenta, una hora para que te atienda el ejecutivo y para que te diga que el no puede hacer tu tramite que pases con otro. No tienen sistemas electrónico para los turnos parecen de la edad de las cavernas.

Terrible, they have people standing in long lines outside, if you talk on the phone they don't answer you and the online service doesn't work, everything fails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerente, yo en tu lugar abro más cajas, pongo cajas adicionales provisionales o pongo turnos con cita. Necesitas buscar alternativas para agilizar la atención a los clientes. Toda la gente se te "hace bola".
Manager, in your place I open more boxes, put additional temporary boxes or make shifts by appointment. You need to look for alternatives to streamline customer service. All the people "make you ball".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentísimo. Aquí no aplican la sana distancia. La gente toda amontonada en la puerta porque nadie sabe qué fila es para cajas, cajeros o ejecutivos, y nadie pone orden. En la fila para que te atienda un ejecutivo puedes tardar hasta 2 horas. Le preguntas a la que “ayuda” y no te sabe decir nada nomas que esperes en la fila. Los ejecutivos no te resuelven nada y terminan mandándote con otro ejecutivo o a cajas, o incluso a otra sucursal. Pésimo servicio. Por mi le daba 0 estrellas.
