★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El cajero se trago la tarjeta de mi papá ,mi papá es una persona de la 3ra edad el solicitó ayuda a los ejecutivos y ninguno le quiso ayudar que el tenia tue marcar a la línea de Santander. En linea le pedian algunas claves,volvio v solicitar ayuda a los ejecutivos para saber que claves le pedían y siguieron sin ayudarlo. PESIMO BANCO
The cashier swallowed my dad's card, my dad is a senior citizen, he asked the executives for help and no one wanted to help him because he had to dial the Santander line. Online they asked him for some keys, he returned and requested help from the executives to find out what keys they asked for and they continued without helping him. BAD BANK

Terrible attention, they are rude and they take as long as they can for people to despair and leave as the managers of this bank are not aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui por una apertura de cuenta, llegué 1.30 y me atendieron hasta las 5,saltandose los turnos y dejando pasar gente, la Señorita de la entrada Alejandra pésima atención, la manera de responder muy descortés y prepotente.
Terrible service, I went for an account opening, I arrived at 1.30 and they attended to me until 5, skipping shifts and letting people pass, the Miss at the entrance Alejandra, terrible attention, the way of responding very rude and arrogant.
