★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo. Servicio si pueden acudir a otra sucursal sin dudarlo háganlo... Las cajeras platicando entre ellas... Son poco eficientes, y los ejecutivos se tardan eternidades en atender a los clientes.
Lo lamento pero sin dudarlo muchas personas sin voz opinan lo mismo. Que su servidor...

2 ejecutivo y platicando con los clientes frecuentes y hasta les invitan el desayuno.
Deberían cambiar de gerente y personal.
Pésimo, pésimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca hay cajas completas, hay 4 y solo atienden máximo 2, los cajeros automáticos nunca sirven, y si pides turno en la sucursal, atienden una persona y se toman 10 minutos para descansar entre persona y persona, de todas las veces que he venido, ni una sola vez he esperado menos de una hora para ser atendido
There are never full tills, there are 4 and they only serve a maximum of 2, the ATMs never work, and if you ask for an appointment at the branch, they serve one person and they take 10 minutes to rest between each person, of all the times I have come, not once have I waited less than an hour to be served

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion es deficiente. Los ejecutivos son bien lentos. Contrate un seguro con ellos y resulta que no lo activaron y me seguian cobrando.
The attention is poor. Executives are very slow. I contracted an insurance with them and it turns out that they did not activate it and they kept charging me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los peores bancos que hay aquí en México si no que el peor de todos y en esta sucursal nunca le resuelven a uno los problemas, además son demasiado lentos, me ha tocado esperar hasta dos horas o más esperando a que me atiendan y nunca lo hacen, mejor me fui yo y varios que estábamos esperando ahí, si tiene la oportunidad de cambiar de banco háganlo, este es una m13rd4

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, he ido dos veces y en las dos ocasiones he estado una hora esperando que un ejecutivo me atienda. La sucursal tiene hasta 7 ejecutivos y uno solo está atendiendo a las personas. Hay ejecutivos que no respetan los turnos pasando a sus clientes de preferencia al menos tres personas llegaron después de mi y los atendieron primero.
Terrible service, I have gone twice and on both occasions I have spent an hour waiting for an executive to assist me. The branch has up to 7 executives and one is only serving people. There are executives who do not respect the shifts passing their clients preferably at least three people arrived after me and attended them first.
