They do not close at 18 hours as it says here. Actually its hours are from 9 am to 4 pm.

Pero les falta un acceso rapido para clientes con targeta "normal" por que solo hay fila para clientes sin targeta y para cliente premier y/o select de lo contrario a esperar demaciado por falta de esa otra fila
Good treatment of the staff
But they lack quick access for customers with a "normal" card because there is only a line for customers without a card and for a premier and / or select customer, otherwise waiting too long for lack of that other line

Una pena de banco y personal
Terrible service, hours formed for simple procedures, older people waiting in the sun for the "executives" to stop doing anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal es -muy- concurrida, puedes llegar a esperar en la fila alrededor de 3 horas más el tiempo en que te atienden. (Recomiendo que vayan a otra sucursal, y si no tienen opción acudan temprano y bien comidos)
This branch is -very- crowded, you can wait in line for around 3 hours plus the time they serve you. (I recommend that you go to another branch, and if you have no choice, go early and well fed)
