★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, espere 1 hora para que me atendieran, me pidieron diversos documentos (solo iba por una nómina) para que me dijeran que no se podía porque no vivía tan cerca!!
Al ir a otra sucursal me dijeron que me habían creado el BUC pero no le abrieron la cuenta.
Super decepcionada con el trato y los trámites

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue a cerrar y abrir una cuenta, al acabar le dije que si me odia apoyar con lo de la banca movil para poder activarla y usarla y me dijo que no necesitaba nada que ponia mis datos y ya y llegando a casa a activarla resulta que necesito que ellos activen el token movil ? y resulta que la vieja cuenta que le pedi cerrar sigue abierta, para variar espere casi dos horas para que simplemente me activara la cuenta, no fue grosero pero si no quiere trabajar al menos no deberia dar información erronea y decir lo que el se va a dedicar a hacer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia... Es el único banco con el que tengo cuenta y desafortunadamente no he tenido el apoyo de su parte en dos situaciones delicadas... Tuve que recurrir a la CONDUSEF ante la última situación... Más que apoyar parece que te ponen trabas...
La publicidad que envían por correo es engañosa ya que al final todos los trámites terminar en ir a una sucursal... Una lastima...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay forma de comunicarse vía telefónica. Increíble que no logre hacerlo o que en super linea no puedan indicarme que documentos requieren para una actualización que piden. Dicho sea que por esa actualización me bloquean la cuenta y no pueden hacerme transferencias a mi cuenta.
There is no way to communicate by phone. Incredible that I can't do it or that on the super line they can't tell me what documents are required for an update that they ask for. That being said, because of that update my account is blocked and they cannot make transfers to my account.
