★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para que promueven depositos a otros paises si a la hora de la hora lo pierden, y se defienden con que no es su problema. Poco profecional, y nada etico, salgance del negocio si no lo saben hacer.
So that they promote deposits to other countries if at the time they lose it, and they defend themselves that it is not their problem. Not very professional, and not ethical, get out of business if you don't know how to do it.

Terrible service. Bad attention. Executives instead of helping their colleagues and the client by phone do not answer any phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pierden tu dinero y todavia te cobran por encontrarlo. Descarados. No tienen verguenza, mejor vayan a Inbursa o Bancomer. Pesimo servicio.
They lose your money and still charge you to find it. Cheeky. They have no shame, better go to Inbursa or Bancomer. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una de las peores sucursales, no hay ejecutivosnpara a ayudarte y cuando les preguntas te dicen que les esperes, solo hay 1 ejecutivo para todo el banco... Y a los demás solo están sentados en la computadora.. de verdad eh estado en otras sucursales y está es creo que la más lenta de todas.
One of the worst branches, there are no executives to help you and when you ask them they tell you to wait for them, there is only 1 executive for the whole bank ... And the others are just sitting at the computer ... really I've been to others branches and this is I think the slowest of all.
