Acabó de visitar está sucursal hace un par de días y la verdad me llevé un muy mal sabor de boca y me decepcione mucho por los malos tratos y al solicitar una cuenta de ahorros resulta que no daba la ejecutiva ninguna cosa qué no fuera tiene que pagar esto y lo otro es cómo si quisieran ahuyentar a los clientes.

Horror de servicio, estuve más de una hora esperando y no avanzaba la fila, tuve que ir al otro banco donde en 20 min aproximadamente me atendieron, además de que el guardia te responde de mala gana y muy grosero.

El servicio ya era terrible antes de la pandemia pero ahora no puedo creer la ineficiciencia existente en el servicio, estuve adentro de las instalaciónes y solo un ejecutivo estaba atendiendo y dos ejecutivas platicando sin realizar ningun servicio sin importar la gente adentro y afuera de las instalaciónes, tomo dos horas y media para ser atendida fui con la directora para hablar al respecto y comento que seguramente los demas ejecutivos tenian problemas tecnicos cuando Claramente no era asi, no entiendo por que tener tantos espacios de ejecutivos si unicamente solo uno estara atendiendo! Es un pesimo banco, pesimo servicio, no Daria ni una sola Estrella, deberian copiar o reflejarse en los demas bancos los cuales realmente van a trabajar y a dar un servicio eficiente.
The service was already terrible before the pandemic but now I cannot believe the existing inefficiency in the service, I was inside the facilities and only one executive was attending and two executives were talking without performing any service regardless of the people inside and outside the facilities. It took two and a half hours to be attended to, I went to the director to talk about it and she commented that surely the other executives had technical problems when clearly it was not like that, I do not understand why have so many executive spaces if only one will be attending! It is a lousy bank, a lousy service, I would not give a single Star, they should copy or be reflected in the other banks which are really going to work and provide an efficient service.

Cierran desde las 15:30 cuando el horario es hasta las 16:00. Mencionó la persona de la puerta que eran órdenes del director negar el acceso desde las 15:30.

Tienes que esperar demasiado tiempo para ser atendido y todo por arreglar errores que son ineficiencias de su mismo sostema. El peor banco sin duda

Lástima que no hay menos de 1 estrella, porque asi es su pésimo servicio, quise entrar con mi hijo pequeño y no me dejaron, les explique que no tengo donde dejarlo y que por obvias razones estoy con él ahi y aun asi no me dejaron, es el peor servicio que he recibido y miren que me han tocado peores, mejor en BBVA me dejaron entrarsin broncas. Prefiero cambiar de banco.

Pero banco sin duda, a pesar de que su servicio es de 9:00 a 16:00 hrs, tenían a 2 ejecutivos operando (que para la demanda que tiene la gente es poco) y una de ellas se levantó a comer y se tardó 1 hora ... O sea a pesar del poco tiempo que trabajan también tienen su hora completa de comida no la chinguen Asco de banco llevo 2 horas esperando su trámite de 5 minutos

I believe they need more employees to provide better customer service. The line to see a teller was at least an hour's wait, and it's always this way. Thank goodness I only needed the ATM.
