★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha afluencia, lo que ya deberían de haber considerado para incrementar el número de ejecutivos de servicio. El tiempo de espera siempre es mayor a 1 hora. Personalmente he tenido mal servicio por ejecutivos que desconocen los procesos, lo que me cuesta más de 1 visita cada vez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como siempre el peor servicio de todos hace poco fui por que me robaron mi tarjeta pase casi todo el día formado o esperando el turno para que al final me pusieran a llamar a su linea telefónica por que no les basta con tu identidad presencialmente para ellos es mas fácil identificarte con una llamada que estando en la misma sucursal. hay muy pocos ejecutivos siempre muy lento el servicio y desorganizado es mejor que hagas los tramites llamando a su teléfono por que aunque vayas presencialmente no les basta con tu cara tus huellas y tu identificación y tu contrato para ellos eres un completo desconocido no se para que hay una sucursal física si todos los trámites siempre se tienen que hacer llamando, un pésimo banco demasiado burócratico si quieres perder tu dinero y tu tiempo Santander es el banco ideal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario está mal abre alas "9:00" 9:10 apenas te atienden en lo que acomodan y echan el chisme, fui el segundo turno y pace después de las 10:00 pero si conoces a mary pasas antes que todos y cierran a las 4:00 a las 3:30 cierran la puerta no se para que tantos empleados inceesarios mucha gente que he visto que quiere trabajar y los que están no dan el ancho por eso recomiendo bbva
