Pésimo servicio llevo cuatro horas esperando y salen y me dicen que espere o que le haga como quiera total hay más sucursales..

En ocasiones muy lleno, las filas son enormes y los cajeros automáticos no funcionan correctamente o son muy lentos, y sobre todo, a la salida (o entrada) siempre hay gente muy sospechosa que intenta intimidarte pidiendote dinero. pero en general el servicio al cliente, la atención y los movimientos son bastante buenos. El clima en el establecimiento (dentro) es bueno, sólo hay que prestar atención a la seguridad.

Muy tardado el servicio para pasar con un ejecutivo,solo hay uno atendiendo,mientras la gran fila en espera,segun por la pandemia pero no cuidan a sus tarjetahabiebtes ya que el lugar de espera es muy pequeño y la espera es muy larga,mal servicio.

Pésimo servicio. Al llegar busque a un empleado para pedir información y nadie salió para atender, al preguntar con las personas me forme en una fila y después de esperar dos horas formado para realizar un pago y al llegar a la puerta para entrar salió un empleado y a varias personas nos dijo que no podíamos pasar a ventanilla porque el trámite (pago) que íbamos a hacer se hacía en el cajero de autoservicio. Realicé mi trámite y le pedí al empleado que proporcionara la información a todas las personas que estaban haciendo fila afuera para que al igual que yo no perdieran tanto tiempo para realizar un trámite que duraba aproximadamente 10 minutos en la fila. Que falta de control, poca responsabilidad y falta de atención a los clientes.

Santander, judging by the mob always out front trying to get in, is the most popular bank in this neighborhood and possibly Mexico. One of the more popular. (And the least popular? I'd say CI-Banco. There's never anybody waiting to get into a CI-Banco. I used to live near a CI-Banco and have ethnographic evidence.) I hypothesize that Mexicans favor Santander because it has low fees and less persecution. And sure enough, its stated ATM fee is 34. Unfortunately, when I decided to change my bank allegiance to Santander, Santander refused to give me any money due to a "technical disaster." Thus, I went across the street to Banorte, which has an ATM fee of about 46 (inclusive). HSBC charges 74 and this may not include IVA. Tip: if you're withdrawing pesos on a (foreign) non-Peso bank in Mexico, the ATM will propose a currency conversion and a conversion fee. Refuse this. Say NO! The transaction will complete. You will save a bunch of money.
