★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pésimo servicio acudí el día de hoy para abrir una cuenta y la persona que salió a atenderme me dice que solo tienen sistema hasta las 13:00 hrs y tenían gente en el interior del banco se me negó el acceso a la sucursal y la esténcion un pésimo banco y una pésima atención por parte de sus gatos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a las 10 am en busca de información con un ejecutivo, al llegar había 7 personas formadas, me dio la 1:30 p.m. y solo habían ingresado 3 personas. Le pregunte a la chica de recepción que porque tanto tiempo para atender con los ejecutivos y respondió que solo había 2 y que estaban aprerturando cuentas y se tardaban en cada una de ellas mas de una hora. Por lo cual entendí que me iban a dar las 4 ahí y no me iban a atender. reseño esto para ver si al Banco le interesa mejorar sus servicios o mejor cancelo cuentas y me voy a HSBS, o Bancomer o Banamex, la decisión esta en los ejecutivos. Saludos.
I went at 10 am in search of information with an executive, upon arrival there were 7 people trained, he gave me 1:30 pm. and only 3 people had entered. I asked the girl at the reception why so much time to attend with the executives and she replied that there were only 2 and that they were tightening accounts and it took more than an hour for each of them. So I understood that they were going to give me 4 there and they were not going to attend to me. I review this to see if the Bank is interested in improving its services or better if I cancel accounts and go to HSBS, or Bancomer or Banamex, the decision is up to the executives. Greetings.
