Hora y media parada en la fila para que me atienda un ejecutivo. Pero bueno, fue muy amable y resolvió el tema.

Pésimo servicio, 2 ocasiones en las que me presento 1 hora y media antes de el cierre y ya no alcanzo turno para pasar con un ejecutivo. Además nunca funcionan los mentados biométricos. El trato de las recepcionistas o cómo se llamen es muy déspota, muy groseras. De verdad que es un pésimo servicio. Si tienes la opción de elegir otro banco hazlo, no pierdas tu tiempo. Recomendación: si quieres pasar con un ejecutivo preséntate 3 hrs antes del cierre de la sucursal.
Terrible service, 2 occasions in which I show up 1 hour and a half before closing and I no longer have a turn to spend with an executive. Also, biometric mentions never work. The treatment of the receptionists or whatever they are called is very despotic, very rude. It really is a terrible service. If you have the option of choosing another bank, do so, don't waste your time. Recommendation: if you want to meet an executive, show up 3 hours before the branch closes.

Pero que mala sucursal.. puede haber muchísima gente afuera pero jamás abren la segunda o tercera ventanilla y no se diga para que te atienda un ejecutivo parecen más trabajadores del seguro social que de una institución bancaria.

Pésima sucursal bancaria, con empleados insuficientes y los que hay son sumamente incompetentes, es increíble que te tengan 2 horas esperando para pasar con un ejecutivo no tienen respeto por el tiempo de la gente y nuestras ocupaciones, deberían ser más eficientes y atender más rápido a los clientes, adentro tienen sentados esperando a 10 gentes y afuera otros 10 haciendo fila y se entretienen las horas los ejecutivos platicando y platicando con los clientes nadamás les falta sacar el café y galletas para que platiquen agusto, sean más rápidos y eficientes tortugas. Si ven que hay fila de 20 gentes porque no contratan más ejecutivos, están dos lugares de ejecutivos vacíos, un asco de banco ya voy a cancelar todas mis tarjetas y cambiarme.

La peor sucursal Santander. Pesimo servicio. Muy tardados todos y el personal no atiende como debe. He ido a muchas sucursales y esta es sin duda la peor. Tardaron mas de 2 horas y media en darme un turno para ejecutivo. No tienen el suficiente personal

PÉSIMO SERVICIO LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA QUE E TENIDO EN BANCOS acudí a la sucursal a un trámite la persona que entrega los turnos le expliqué que moviendo pretendía hacer me dice: --Claro le entrego su turno señor Me tuvieron esperando por más de 30minutos... Cuando fue mi turno la cajera dice: ---la persona encargada de cheques no se encontraba favor de regresar el lunes que ya se encuentra la persona. Cabe mencionar que por lo que ví y escuché no fui la única persona con este problema. AL PARACER LE FALTA MUCHA CAPACIDAD AL PERSONAL YA QUE NO PUEDEN SOLUCIONAR TRAMITES TAN BÁSICOS.
