Pésimo servicio, los cajeros nunca tienen dinero, una lentitud para atender , en estos momentos 11 am ni dejan entrar al banco , el guardia tiene cerrada la reja de acceso. Arrepentida de haber escogido ese banco.

Los ejecutivos fueron amables pero deberían capacitar mejor a su personal de seguridad que deja mucho que desear con su atención. Su banco se encuentra dentro de un bello edificio histórico de la ciudad, que al estar bellamente restaurado es normal que uno se quiera quedar admirando su bella arquitectura. Esto claro dentro de los límites permitidos, pero que su personal de seguridad casi casi me saca a patadas con malos modos que por qué al ser un banco no se permite estar admirando la estructura de la casona que para eso lo haga desde afuera de sus instalaciones o de lo contrario llamarían a la policía. Realmente me ofendió su mal trato ?

Se recomienda ir por la mañana, cuando hay poca gente y el servicio es más rápido. Acudir después del mediodía supone el riesgo de un tiempo de espera elevado. Los ejecutivos constantemente se levantan de sus cubículos y tardan en regresar. En ocasiones todos se retiran al mismo tiempo. No existe una explicación clara de cómo se priorizan los turnos, lo cual es frustrante para algunos clientes. Instalaciones elegantes, asientos poco cómodos. Las personas que dan orientación no siempre están debidamente preparadas para dar el servicio. Cero actitud de servicio por parte de los cajeros.

Pésimo servicio si vas por un estado de cuenta solo es ir a perder tu tiempo por qué no te lo dan.

Worst bank ever! They made me wait for two hours. And then they decided to close early. By 3:15 all employees had disappeared. I was trying to open an account. Servico horrible, sin consideración para los clientes. Me hicieron esperar casi dos horas, realmente fue una grosería. Muy mal manejado.

Beware cash machines at that location may be tampered with. I made a transaction the machine retained the money and I had to bend over and literally pull the cash out using force. Any American or Canadian experiencing a scam can file a complaint with American FTC for wire fraud because the money had to go through their jurisdiction to arrive in Mexico.
