★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, más de una hora para solo pagar en cajas, y todavía ponen una publicidad que según sus empleados trabajan con energía tu esfuerzo! UNA BURLA PARA LOS CLIENTES!
El ticket marca las 14:29, son las 15:35 y sigo en espera, muy mal servicio, mejor irse a otro banco.
 Terrible service, more than an hour to only pay in boxes, and still put an advertisement that according to your employees work with energy your effort! A BURLA FOR CUSTOMERS!
The ticket marks 14:29, it's 15:35 and I'm still waiting, very bad service, better go to another bank.

The worst branch in all of Veracruz, super slow, I do not complain about the treatment of the staff but they take too long to assist you, to checkout, in everything ... Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto servicio, casi dos horas de espera para realizar una apertura de cuenta y no dan soluciones. Los ejecutivos tomando café y platicando. No les interesa el cliente.
