Con la pandemia se entiende que deben esperar a que el ejecutivo abra para accesar, lo que no se entiende es que a pesar de faltar media hora para el cierre, este se quede platicando e ignore a los clientes afuera y justo a las 4:03 se acerque a decir que ya cerraron.

La ejecutiva que me atendió nunca dejó de estar escribiendo en su celular, jamás levantó la cara por lo menos para conocer la cara de quién me estaba ignorando y, obviamente, no me oriento para resolver mi problema. Pésimos!!

it takes 35 pesos fee. At the end when it asks you if you accept the rate change,say no!! their rate is not good. When you say no, you are choosing the rate of your own bank.

They charge much less than BBVA.

Recently remodeled. Take a number at the dispenser for your purpose. Sit down and watch the board for your turn. Nice touch-- the people waiting can't see you when you are making your transaction, counting money, etc. Very efficient, I've never waited long. But I hate the TV with ads- ugh. There are also several ATMs just outside the lobby (with room for the line to stand inside)-- they are 24 hour service. The maximum withdrawal is 9500 pesos (as of November 2021). If you need more, just do another separate transaction. The fee is a little under 35p for a non-members transaction. They display their exchange rate if your card is from a foreign bank. It is a rip-off, so be sure to say NO. Your request for $$ will still be processed, but at a better exchange rate from your bank. Recently, the ATMs started issuing primarily $500p bills. These bills are generally too big for businesses in San Cris (except hotels and fancier restaurants), so you need to change these to smaller bills which requires you to go to into the bank and see a teller at the counter.

Good and clean place to withdraw money. Only 36 mxn fee for a withdraw. Of course they give you 500 bills, but I never got smaller even on other banks, and if you go somewhere to eat or whatever you can pay with it. Just don't try to pay a 20mxn coffee with your 500 bill. Small shops don't have that much change... ?

Avoid. If you’re a foreigner trying to pull out money or bank, find somewhere else. The atm only gives out $500mxn, and no shop owner will accept a $500mxn bill in town or in Mexico generally. I waited 90 minutes, trying to exchange my money into smaller denominations. Even after offering the service and me waiting 90minutes, they only exchanged some of my MXN for smaller denominations. Essentially rendering my money unusable. Jose, at window 3 when I visited on Nov 16th in the evening, took a front after I asked him politely to find smaller denominations from anywhere else (it is a bank, isn’t it?). I have ZERO expectation that levels of customer service are universal, but save yourself the headache and give your bank fee money to any other bank in town who might actually provide the service they offer. And NO RECEIPTS are provided here. Like what kind of bank doesn’t provide a receipt? A sketchy one is what I think. Very disappointing. HSBC around the corner appears to have much better reviews and offers better service.
