★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El viernes 25 de febrero 2022 como a las 7:30pm aprox pase al cajero en esta sucursal de santander a retirar $5,900 pesos y a la hora de darme el dinero el cajero se atoro la tapa por donde sale el dinero, acto seguido le informe a una señorita de lentes que se encontraba dentro de la sucursal y me dijo que esperara a que se reiniciara el cajero y que si no se reiniciaba que lo reportara, me quede esperando el reinicio del cajero y en eso la misma señorita empleada del banco con un joven abrieron el cajero por dentro de la sucursal y lo empezaron a desarmar, sacaron en cajon por donde sale el dinero y practicamente me corrieron de la sucursal cuando les dije que esperaria a que se reseteara o restableciera, me dijo la señorita que ya no se iba a restablecer y que no me iba a regresar nada y que me fuera, un pesimo servicio y forma de hablar que antes de ayudarte a entender que hacer cuando un cajero no te entrega tu dinero, me dejo la sensacion de que estos mismos empleados solo estan esperando a que se atore para ver que encuentran y que pueden sacar.
 On Friday, February 25, 2022, around 7:30 p.m., I went to the cashier at this Santander branch to withdraw $5,900 pesos and when it was time to give me the money, the cashier jammed the lid where the money came out, immediately afterwards I informed a lady with glasses who was inside the branch and told me to wait for the ATM to restart and that if it didn't restart to report it, I stayed waiting for the ATM to restart and in that the same lady bank employee with a young man they opened the ATM inside the branch and began to disarm it, they took out the drawer where the money comes out and they practically ran me out of the branch when I told them that I would wait for it to reset or restore itself, the lady told me that she was not leaving to restore and that nothing was going to be returned to me and that I should leave, a terrible service and way of speaking that before helping you understand what to do when an ATM does not give you your money, it left me with the feeling that these same employees are onlywaiting for it to get stuck to see what they find and what they can get out.
