★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy triste ver cómo el personal más joven trata pésimo a las personas (sobre todo a los mayores, ya que se les dificulta entender y hacer ciertas cosas relacionadas a los trámites o las nuevas modalidades de los bancos), Cero apoyo al cliente, cero paciencia y a todo su respuesta es "en Internet viene, ahí hágalo" (con una cara de diarrea). Entiendo que su trabajo es agotador pero no son formas de desquitarse y hasta hacer caras de Fuchi con las personas.
Very sad to see how the younger staff treats people badly (especially the older ones, since it is difficult for them to understand and do certain things related to the procedures or the new modalities of the banks), Zero customer support, zero patience and to all his response is "on the Internet it comes, there do it" (with a face of diarrhoea).
