★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy solo 1 estrella porque no puedo dar menos. Está sucursal tiene un pésimo servicio, organización y en mi caso, no me solucionaron nada. En otros bancos hay alguien en la entrada que te asesora y direcciona e incluso te ayuda a realizar algún movimiento. En otro banco había más de 10 personas y me tarde menos de 15 min. En este banco había solo 7 personas y me tarde 2:15 hrs
I give it only 1 star because I cannot give less. This branch has a terrible service, organization and in my case, they did not solve anything. In other banks there is someone at the entrance who advises and directs you and even helps you make a move. In another bank there were more than 10 people and it took me less than 15 minutes. There were only 7 people in this bank and it took me 2:15 a.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, poca sensibilidad para la gente con capacidades diferentes, trato poco digno a los clientes, además una completa carencia de soluciones efectivas para la gente sordomuda, para las personas que no entienden o entienden poco del sistema o que hablan otro idioma. Doy una estrella porque no me da la opción de dar una calificación inferior o incluso una calificación negativa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, más de 2 horas esperando ,Solo tienen 2 ejecutivos y lentos con ganas ojalá espero salir hoy de aquí, me pregunto porque un banco como este , no tiene ni el suficiente personal ni el capital como para arreglar sus míseros cajeros, la mayoría de ellos no sirven o se traban y te dejan sin tarjeta ni dinero. Uno de los ejecutivos de esta sucursal de muy mala gana ,sentado sin hacer nada ,todo el rato en su celular, contestan de mala gana , que onda con este personal ,
