★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal bien ubicada dentro de la plaza, aun que es pequeña la atención en cajas siempre es rápida principalmente si no es quincena el horario de 10 a 1 pm es muy rápido. La única deficiencia es en la atención de sus ejecutivos casi siempre solo uno o máximo dos son los que atienden, lo que hace que el tiempo de espera se alargue a pesar de que ven a la gente esperando ya bastante tiempo, no se apuran.
 Branch well located within the square, although it is small, the attention in boxes is always fast, especially if it is not a fortnight, the hours from 10 to 1 pm are very fast. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tipicamente te atienden de manera rapida, pero si hay horas en la cual se tarden un buen de tiempo y los ejecutivos no respetan los turnos ya que si alguien se les acerca sin turno los atienden sin problema la cual no es justo para aquellos con turno. La verdad que una vez que te atienden son rapidos y varios de ellos si van mas alla para ayudarte

The truth is that once they take care of you they are fast and several of them if they go further to help you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion de la señora que esta en la entrada, no quiso que me atendiera un ejecutivo y porque llevaba pants se me quedo viendo como si fuera un ratero y para colmo me decía que todas las dudas se atienden en la línea telefónica cuando lo único que yo quería era apoyo para renovar mi tarjeta pero con esa actitud y con la mala informacion que me dio, no los recomiendo para nada, mejor procuren tener personal que si quiera su empleo y tenga buena atencion con el cliente.
Very bad attention from the lady who is at the entrance, she did not want an executive to attend me and because she was wearing pants she kept looking at me as if I were a thief and to top it off she told me that all doubts are answered on the phone line when the only thing that I wanted support to renew my card but with that attitude and with the bad information they gave me, I do not recommend them at all, they better try to have staff than their job and have good customer service.

Un plus es que esta ubicado en una sola muy hermosa, tranquila y los trabajadores sin duda muy amables, respetuosos y gentiles a parte de que es rápido y cordial el trato :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pero servicio que he recibido en un banco de cualquier marca. 1 hora con turno esperando, pero los ejecutivos de cuenta atienden al qué llega y les habla, no siguen los turnos. En especial, pésima atención de la subdirectora. Termine retirandome sin ser atendido, porque a pesar de que ya era mi turno, la subdirectora (qué me estaba atendiendo) atendía al qué llegaba y le pidiera resolver su problema
The worst service I have received in a bank of any brand. 1 hour with a shift waiting, but the account executives attend to whoever arrives and speaks to them, they do not follow the shifts. In particular, terrible attention from the deputy director. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les importa cumplir con el tiempo y hacer como que trabajan, pero no tienen el menor respeto por el tiempo de los demás. ?
La encargada del modulo 8, tranquilamente lleva sentada 25 min viendo su celular en la puerta de entrada sentada junto a la maquina de turnos, mientras hay turnos esperando atención.
Eso sí, casi 10 min antes de cerrar se levantó dejando el turno sin atender, en punto corrió a cerrar la puerta decidió sentarse junto a la maquina de turnos a revisar su celular, esperando a que sus otros 2 compañeros que están ocupados desde antes del cierre lo atiendan.
