★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En las ocasiones en la que desafortunadamente me tengo que acercar a esta sucursal en especial, siempre existe un pésimo servicio, para empezar se supone que existen tres cajas y una premiere, pero siempre está súper lleno, quitaron el beneficio de ser cliente, ya la fila se hizo unifila, siempre existe un solo cajero o dos, nunca me ah tocado ver más de tres cajeros en funcionamiento, la parte de los ejecutivos es amable y se demoran el tiempo que tiene que ser, en relación a la limpieza, se considera limpio por el tráfico de gente, pero definitivamente en conclusión se gana 2 estrellas por la pésima atención, y agregar que movimiento como depósitos y pagos únicamente en multicajero y solamente existe uno, pésimo, pero bueno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un depósito en su cajero y este se apago no volvió a encender sin reflejar mi pago y en servicio técnico no saben que hacer antes una situación así.
Me hicieron llenar una carta con los hechos sucedidos me dijeron tanto el sin director (Alejandro Díaz y su asistente) la cual hice y dejé mis datos de contacto. Me dijeron que en 24 horas tendría respuesta con el folio pero nada de nada. Una institución la cual no volvería a trabajar.

I made a deposit at your ATM and it turned off and didn't turn on again without reflecting my payment and in technical service they don't know what to do before a situation like this.
They made me fill out a letter with the events that happened, both the director (Alejandro Díaz and his assistant) told me, which I did and left my contact information. They told me that in 24 hours I would have an answer with the folio but nothing at all. An institution which would never work again.
