LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA!!! PÉSIMO SERVICIO, NO VAYAN A ESTE BANCO en verdad es el PEOR , tardas demasiado tiempo en pasar a cajas, más de 3 HORAS !! Hay MUY MALA ORGANIZACIÓN con los turnos, pasaron primero personas que llegaron después que uno. Desde que te reciben lo hacen de mal humor y de forma grosera y en cajas también te tratan muy mal, quienes me han atendido han sido DÉSPOTAS Y PREPOTENTES, después de tanto tiempo esperando ya no me querían ni atender y encima se enojan con uno, no sé porqué contratan gente que NO QUIERE TRABAJAR ni quiere atender a los clientes...

Sus cajeros automáticos nunca sirven, se tragaron mi dinero a la hora querer pagar mi tarjeta, y una vez se trago una mi tarjeta, y son lentísimo a y traen como un Windows 98... pésimo servicio, y la cola de espera para la sucursal es extremadamente lenta. Y ni hablar de la servicio en línea...

El peor banco de México, antes y durante la pandemia; te tienen afuera esperando demasiado tiempo, las cajeras son pésimas lentas y eso cuando sirven; porque nunca tienen sistema. DE LO PEOR EN EL SISTEMA BANCARIO.

Deben mejorar en servicio y atención al cliente. Ejecutivos sin clientes a quienes atender y aún así no pasaban a ninguna persona para realizar trámite. No permiten salir a las personas hasta que haya 2-3 en la puerta.
They must improve in service and customer care. Executives without clients to attend to and yet they did not pass anyone to carry out the procedure. They don't let people out until there are 2-3 at the door.

Tiene mucha gente, los cajeros automaticos fallan mucho y se hace una fila muy grande, la atencion al cliente es regular, es algo que pueden mejorar. Esra dentro de la plaza que es segura, hay tambien 2 cajeros para hacer pagos

El peor banco de México, te hacen esperar demasiado, les preguntas algo y te dicen que en un momento. El director del banco creo que solo atiende a sus amigos. Esta sucursal tiene mucho que mejor.

Muy mal pésimo servicio no se de qué sirve tener ejecutivos si no saben resolver un problema.. y tampo los que atienden en la línea teléfonica.
