★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización me dijeron que mi tarjeta no les había llegado y me dieron un número de teléfono para que yo la rastree, cuando ellos son los que tienen el compromiso de verificar eso, y ya que hice la llamada me confirma que efectivamente la tarjeta ya la tienen ellos, cuando ellos no saben dónde está, que pésimo servicio.
Terrible organization, they told me that my card had not reached them and they gave me a phone number so that I could track it, when they are the ones who have the commitment to verify that, and since I made the call they confirmed that indeed the card was already they have, when they don't know where it is, what terrible service.

Terrible service, the lady who is supposed to be the deputy director could not even replace a card for me, she brought me back and forth and could never solve anything for me, without a doubt I stopped using Santander, always pure anger
