PESIMO SERVICIO, LOS EJECUTIVOS son lentos, atienden de mala forma a los clientes, prepotentes y hacen esperar a la gente de forma innecesaria. Necesitan cambiar su personal por uno más capacitado, más eficiente y sobre todo con buena actitud.
POOR SERVICE, THE EXECUTIVES are slow, serve customers poorly, pushy and make people wait unnecessarily. They need to change their staff for one that is more trained, more efficient and above all with a good attitude.

Worst customer service possible. Every time we want to transfer money it takes around 2 hours...just to do a simple transfer...always understaffed and long lines. With 2 cashiers but always one off for lunch or another reason. Choose another bank. We’re waiting for new business paperwork but as soon as we have we will be changing banks. We hoped being a large international bank it would be better. It’s not.

Wanted to withdraw cash at this ATM, canceled the operation, as i was noticed, that i will be charged in GBP (instead of MXS). Was charged the amount anyway from my account. Still dealing with the issue.

ATM Santander ADO Terminal Tulum Mexiko Don't use it !!!! I tried to draw money but I didn't get any - back in Germany I noticed that they debit an amount against my account and so I lost 300 Euro !!!!

Hello, As previous customers, I've been robed from this bank and this ATM. I tried to withdraw cash but when the ATM noticed me from the rate of change, I cancelled the operation. Everything went good and the ATM noticed me that the operation has well been cancelled ans give my card back. But 2 days later, I noticed that the total amount has been debited from my account. Please can someone tell me who to contact ? I tried to write them from the website but they redirect me to a "superlinea", which has nothing super, that cannot work from outside Mexico from foreign operator. Hope you'll avoid this bank and not live such a horrible experience. Update 29th march 2022 : After nearly 3 months still no response from them, I can't reach anyone. They just robbed me 200€. Thank you Paulin
