★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sucursal bastante agil y nueva, atiende mejor que el banamex y no te dejan trabado, aunque le falta un depositador y tiene el espacio para ello, aqui varias personas siempre dan la mejor atencion, ahora la puerta esta unida al area de cajeros, y ahora tiene 1 de pagos/depositos, pero falta que renueven para eliminar filas eternas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy lento solo 1 señorita de atencion a clientes..y en cajas solo 2 atendiendo... llegue a las 9.20am y dieron las 11 y no pasaba.. me tuve k retirar.. no hay sillas suficientes y es muy negativo ya que te cansas mas de esperar ..muchas personas se kedan paradas..buena atencion pero el personal es insuficiente para la cantidad de personas que llegan.tienen que mejorar eso.
Very slow service only 1 miss of customer service ... and in boxes only 2 attending ... I arrived at 9.20am and they gave 11 and it did not happen .. I had to withdraw .. there are not enough chairs and it is very negative already that you get tired of waiting ... many people are standing still ... good attention but the staff is insufficient for the number of people arriving. they have to improve that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena son amables y todo ,pero es muy tardado cualquier trámite mínimo es medio día para que te den un estado de cuenta o algo eso es el problema se pierde mucho tiempo
