El banco se llena al punto de que la cola para las ventanillas sale fuera del banco, pero a pesar de eso solo abren 2 ventanillas, es muy tardado tambien hablar con los ejecutivos. Además no puedes confiar en lo que te responden, porque son solo jóvenes inexpertos que si desconocen la respuesta a tu pregunta igual te contestan.... RESULTADO: llegas a la caja después de 1 hora y no se puede hacer tu trámite, aún cuando hayas pedido asesoría previamente con personal del mismo banco (incluso habiendo preguntado si era persona calificada para darte esa respuesta). DE VERDAD QUE ES PÉSIMO LUGAR, cada ocasión en que acudo tengo una anécdota inverosímil nueva por contar. Tuve que cancelarlo con una llamada de una hora y media y todavía querían convencerme de mantenerlo. No pongan por delante sus metas mensuales que a sus clientes.
