Ya una vez que te pasan ni siquiera tienen la amabilidad de devolver el saludo (el director de la sucursal me dejó esperando mientras contestaba una encuesta). Por fin me atendió pero de la peor forma posible. Gracias a esta mala atención de Santander en esta sucursal me cambiaré de banco. Atiendan bien a sus clientes si no los quieren perder Bad attention, you ask for shift and they do not take care of you, the unemployed people but they do not happen to you to be taken care of. Once they pass you do not even have the kindness to return the greeting (the director of the branch left me waiting while answering a survey). At last he treated me but in the worst possible way. Thanks to this bad attention of Santander in this branch I will change bank. Serve your customers well if you do not want to lose them
