I was denied the service I can't believe that this branch is so bad and in what was there they couldn't change a ticket for a lady to make a payment. Very sad the truth !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vengan a esta sucursal el ejecutivo que trabaja ahí no sabe lo que hace, nunca había tenido una mala experiencia con este banco pero esta sucursal hizo que cambiara mi perspectiva a ese banco pésimo servicio.
Do not come to this branch, the executive who works there does not know what he is doing, he had never had a bad experience with this bank, but this branch made me change my perspective to that bank with terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arreglen su alarma de la sucursal que está en la central de abastos de la CDMX, Iztapalapa (Pasillo 4 entre la K-L y M-N) se la pasa sonando y sonando cada 3min, ustedes no trabajan y no hay quien la apague. No nos dejan trabajar, los clientes no nos escuchan aparte de que es molesto porque la alarma está por fuera sobre el pasillo y aturde por ser un lugar cerrado! Ya corríjanlo
