★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la cajera Brenda muy grosera, no me quiso recibir un pago de pasaporte me pedía la homoclave y en el formato que me envió la SRE claramente decía SIN HOMOCLAVE, esto fue el viernes 13 de Mayo de 2022; ese mismo día tuve que moverme de la terminal 2, a la terminal 1 para pedir ayuda en la SRE en donde me dijeron que debieron haberme recibido el pago; de verdad no se vale que traten así a la gente, si no les gusta su trabajo que no se postulen para ello; por la falta de compromiso de esa señora que tampoco se si realmente se llama Brenda, yo perdí mi pick up y tuve que pagar un adicional por mi traslado pues llevaba equipaje y eso a la señora Brenda mal humorada no le va a repercutir en nada. Así que si quieren buena atención para un pago de pasaporte, vayan a BBVA.
Terrible service, the cashier Brenda very rude, she did not want to receive a passport payment, she asked me for the homoclave and in the format that the SRE sent me it clearly said WITHOUT HOMOCLAVE, this was on Friday, May 13, 2022; that same day I had to move from terminal 2 to terminal 1 to ask for help at the SRE where they told me that they should have received my payment; It really isn't worth treating people like that, if they don't like their job they shouldn't apply for it; Due to the lack of commitment of that lady who is not really called Brenda either, I lost my pick-up and had to pay an additional fee for my transfer because I had luggage and that will not affect Mrs. Brenda in a bad mood. So if you want good service for a passport payment, go to BBVA.
