★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal incompetente, mala atención al cliente, lentos incluso desde antes de la pandemia , constantemente se quedan sin sistema y no avisan para hacerte perder más tiempo. 3 hrs en una fila que no avanzo y no tuvieron la delicadeza de salir a decirle a las 25 personas que ya tenían horas sin plataforma. No responden dudas. No atienden con prioridad a personas de la 3ra edad.
Incompetent staff, poor customer service, slow even before the pandemic, constantly running out of system and not warning to waste more time. 3 hours in a row that did not advance and they did not have the grace to go out to tell the 25 people that they already had hours without a platform. They do not answer doubts. They do not serve the elderly with priority.
