Mas de 20 minutos esperando a un ejecutivo de cuenta, los 4 haciéndose pedazos caminando de un lado a otro como gallinas con hojitas en la mano sin importarles el tiempo de los clientes.
Me terminé yendo sin concluir mi trámite ya que otra sucursal me tiene un cargo por manejo de cuenta de nómina, jamas en la vida había visto que cobrarán eso en cuenta nómina en algún otro banco.
En fin la peor experiencia con este banco, en vez de apoyar al mexicano roban con licencia. Que se regresen a su tierra los gachupines estos.
The worst bank in Mexico.
More than 20 minutes waiting for an account executive, the 4 falling to pieces walking from one side to the other like chickens with leaves in hand without caring about the clients' time.
I ended up leaving without completing my process since another branch has a payroll account management charge, never in my life had I seen that they charge that in a payroll account in some other bank.
In short, the worst experience with this bank, instead of supporting the Mexican they steal with a license. Let these gachupines return to their land.
