★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es regular. Sólo les falta capacitar un poco más a su personal, sobretodo a los ejecutivos, puesto que de todos, sólo Alberto te soluciona las cosas. Los demás no saben resolver problemas y tampoco tienen empatía o iniciativa de resolver. Fui dos veces a desbloquear mi tarjeta, las primeras dos no me resolvieron nada. En la tercera visita, me atendió Alberto y en menos de 40 minutos, resolvió mi problema.
 The attention is regular. They only need to train their staff a little more, especially the executives, since of all of them, only Alberto will solve things for you. Others do not know how to solve problems and do not have empathy or initiative to solve. I went twice to unlock my card, the first two did not solve anything for me. On the third visit, Alberto took care of me and in less than 40 minutes, he solved my problem.
