The ATMs are super slow, they don't print your receipt, some are off, very poor service

Y platican entre ellos demasiado
Posiblemente si dejaran de hacer eso darían mayor agilidad de usuarios que vamos

They made me wait 2 hours and then told me they didn't have staff to go executive.

Lousy service, the one at the entrance wants to "solve" the problems just so people can leave but she doesn't know anything.

Slow is not enough, I have 15 minutes in 4 shifts for mine, and only 2 have passed... Disastrous!!!
