★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia de hoy, yo fui ese sucursal para abrir cuenta de santander con mis identificaciones(fm3 ,pasaporte y comprobante de domicilio) pero el ejecutivo me rechazó ya que mi identificacion es residencia temporal pero hace unos dias yo fui a otro sucursal de santander(san marco de edmx)para abrir cuenta y un ejecutivo de ese santander me dijo que con fm3 se puede abrir con la autorizacion de director de santander pero ya que yo vivia cerca de lindavista con mi conprobante de domicilio no pude abrir cuenta de ese sucursal(san marco) pero ese sucursal(san marco) me dijo que yo puedo visitar a otro sucursal que sea de mi domicilio asi que yo visite a esta sucursal y luego un ejecutivo de esta sucursal me rechazó por falta de identificacion(fm2-residencia permanente) asi que yo quise llamar con el ejecutivo(san marco) que me autorizó para abrir cuenta para que llame a ese ejcutivo de lindavista pero ese vato(ejecutivo de lindavista) me rechazó a usar celular enfrente de el negaba atender mi llamada para que yo me retire pronto con el tono secamente pues yo entiendo si yo no puedo abrir cuenta despues de hablar con el que me autorizó pero los que no me gustaba de ese ejecutivo de lindavista fue su actitud ya que era un poco grosero hacia mi asi que dejo el comentario
Today, I went to that branch to open a Santander account with my identifications (fm3, passport and proof of address) but the executive rejected me since my identification is temporary residence but a few days ago I went to another Santander branch ( san marco from edmx) to open an account and an executive from that santander told me that with fm3 it can be opened with the authorization of the director of santander but since I lived near lindavista with my proof of address, I could not open an account at that branch ( san marco) but that branch (san marco) told me that I can visit another branch that is from my home so I visit this branch and then an executive of this branch rejected me for lack of identification (fm2-permanent residence) so I wanted to call the executive (san marco) who authorized me to open an account to call that lindavista executive but that guy (lindavista executive) refused me to use a cell phone in front of him, he refused to answer my Call for me to retire soon with the tone dryly because I understand if I can not open an account after speaking with the one who authorized me but what I did not like about that Lindavista executive was his attitude since he was a bit rude towards me so I leave the comment
