★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio los ejecutivos son unos burócratas de miedo.. Un trato parecido al seguro social o peor. Un tal Arcadio que es un disque ejecutivo es el más nefasto de todos.
 Terrible service executives are scary bureaucrats. A deal similar to social security or worse. An Arcadio who is an executive record is the most disastrous of all.

Las cajeras aunque amables, lentas. Me hicieron esperar más de 40 minutos para realizar un pago y al llegar a la caja me dijeron que no se podía realizar mi depósito por falta del estado de cuenta. Previamente yo había preguntado si podía realizar sin problema mi pago, me dijeron que sí y jamás me informaron del requisito sobre el estado de cuenta. Quise meter mi queja y todavía me querían hacer esperar MAS!!! CERO RECOMENDABLE!!!
Terrible service!!! First there were only two boxes working and a lot of people waiting.
The cashiers although friendly, slow. They made me wait more than 40 minutes to make a payment and when I got to the cashier they told me that my deposit could not be made due to lack of account statement. Previously, I had asked if I could make my payment without problem, they said yes and they never informed me of the requirement on the account statement. I wanted to file my complaint and they still wanted me to wait MORE !!! ZERO RECOMMENDED !!!

Terrible service, not friendly, they take too long they give priorities, they start talking without paying attention. 1 hr to open an account and I left without attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo Santander ha estado nefasto durante los últimos meses, las llamadas telefónicas aparte de que te hacen esperar más de media hora, los trámites son lentos. Su sistema está fatal, me han cobrado cosas cuando los servicios ya estaban cancelados. la comunicación de sus procesos son pobres y de está sucursal, te hacen esperar mil de tiempo para que no puedan resolver tu problema.
All Santander has been disastrous in recent months, phone calls apart from making you wait more than half an hour, the procedures are slow.
