★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a realizar apertura de cuenta de ahorro y jamás fui atendido por los ejecutivos. Me comentaron que esperara y espere hasta una hora. Pésima atención por parte de los ejecutivos.

SOY CLIENTE DEL BANCO POR NECESIDAD! PERO NO ME GUSTA NADA SU MANERA DE TRATAR AL CLIENTE,
IT IS A VERY BAD BANK IN ITS ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES, THERE ARE ALWAYS A SHORTAGE OF STAFF AND THERE IS NEVER A RESPONSIBLE ONE, SUPERLINEA SAYS THAT THE BANK AND THE BANK SEND IT TO SUPERLINEA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. He acudido tres veces por un trámite y nunca tienen sistema, los ejecutivos muy lentos para atender. Nunca hay el suficiente personal. No hay orden en la atención a los clientes. Y no he concluido el trámite. Es mi sucursal, por eso acudo a esta.
Terrible service. I have come three times for a procedure and never have a system, executives too slow to attend. There is never enough staff. There is no order in customer service. And I have not finished the process. It's my branch, that's why I go to this one.

Y hacia quieren que se quede uno con ustedes como cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este banco es un chiste. La única sucursal que tiene tarjetas y resulta que "sólo pueden abrir 10 cuentas por día". Qué rayos les pasa?
This bank is a joke. The only branch that has cards and it turns out that "they can only open 10 accounts per day." What the hell is wrong with them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención, tardan años, no tienen vigilancia, ni pantallas en turno, aperturo la cuenta por solicitud de la empresa pero tengan por seguro que haré portabilidad a BBVA, sin duda JAMÁS me quedaría con ustedes!!!
