Es increíble la falta de sentido de urgencia y de organización dentro de la sucursal. Nunca saquen su cuenta en esta sucursal. Terrible overall, two hours and counting to be seen. Estuve cerca de 2 horas esperando y no pudo ser, que pésimo servicio! Nada empáticos, no te ofrecen soluciones a un inconveniente, el tiempo de espera es larguísimo, la ejecutiva que me atendió era una inepta total. Ya estaba en mala actitud porque la señora anterior a mí también había tenido un inconveniente por su deplorable servicio. Y su encargado, el que se suponía debería ser más profesional y hacer su trabajo de mejor manera, no era nada más que otro inepto. Uno explica la situación por la que se está yendo con un ejecutivo y lo agotador que es no obtener una buena atención, y el tiempo de espera para que de la forma más grosera posible solo responda "Sin importar el tiempo que haya esperado, no podemos ayudarla". Definitivamente NO vuelvo a esa sucursal que deja MUCHO que desear. Las únicas personas empáticas fueron la directora, y la muchacha que estaba dando los turnos afuera. Que triste. Me niegan el servicio con tarjeta en mano (prueba de que soy cliente). No entiendo porque uno debe de hablar con el gerente de la sucursal, solo para ser atendido.
