La peor atención posible. Los ejecutivos platican y no trabajan y logran desahogar a lo mucho un asunto cada hora y media, con l9 que en una jornadano logran atender ni a 8 clientes cuando las filas son enormes. No tienen verguenza. El gerente de esta sucursal denigra de manera flagrante el prestigio de esta institución bancaria. Debe haber manera de que comprueben subajisimo rendimiento.

Pésimo servicio, desde la entrada te reciben de mala gana y lo más raro, te preguntan en voz alta que movimiento vas a realizar y hasta si es transferencia o retiro por cuanto$... Que les incumbe. Eso ya se entiende como dar pitazo. Pierdes mucho tiempo estando adentro de la sucursal.?

Pésimo servicio !! Esta sucursal solía abrir los días sábado pero ya no, la atención es realmente lenta en cada sucursal y y ahora tampoco abren los sábados muy mal por banco santander y su lenta atención, tengo años con ellos pero estoy pensando en cambiarme de banco.

Pésima sucursal, el día de hoy llegué unos minutos después de las 3 de la tarde y como quería que un ejecutivo me atendiera tuve que hacer una fila de casi 40 minutos y cuando era mi turno de entrar a sucursal y que me atendiera algún ejecutivo resulta que salió un trabajador a decir que "No me iban a atender" (cabe resaltar que faltaban como 10 minutos para las 4 de la tarde) ni a mí ni a otra señora que estaba después de mi porque NO TENIAMOS TURNO (ECHO EN UN PAPEL POR ESE TRABAJADOR DE SANTANDER) EL CUAL EL TURNO NO ES OFICIAL Y ADEMAS COMENTO QUE LOS TURNOS PARA ATENCIÓN CON EJECUTIVO SE DEJABAN DE DAR A LAS 3 DE LA TARDE POR UN DISQUE REGLAMENTO INTERNO, por lo cual me queje porque el horario de atención es hasta las 4 de la tarde y aún faltaban minutos para esa hora y además no es de que acabará de llegar, sonó que tenía 40 minutos formada por lo cual pedí habla con la gerente una chava de nombre Nancy S. La cual comento que por pandemia y cuestiones de esa sucursal solo las personas que les dieron su "disque turno turno echo a mano iban a ser atendidas" no le importo que estuviéramos dentro del horario, ni que teníamos mucho tiempo formadas (lo cual puede verificar Santander con sus cámaras) no nos quisieron brindar la atención ni a la señora ni a mí.

Fui a depositar 2000 pesos en su cajero porque ya era después de las 4 x lo que utilize su cajero multioperaciones y se trabo y no me los depósito en mi cuenta y no me los regreso! Hice mi reporte y tengo esperando más de 5 días hábiles y no me ha llegado nada y no me han llamado, que mal servicio. No fui al único al que el cajero le robó dinero! Y no han hecho su trabajo! Pésima sucursal. Tengan cuidado al retirar dinero o depositar! Ahora haber si me regresan mi dinero! Lacras! Hay que denunciar a la CONDUSEF! Y tengan cuidado porque ya están solicitando que los pagos mayores a 25 mil los hagan en el "cajero" que se traba ?

El servicio es muy lento, ya que solo hay un cajero disponible para realizar cualquier pago o depósito, pues solo una máquina está habilitada para este tipo de transacciones y no te permiten entrar a las cajas, así que siempre hay muchísima fila y el aparato se traba constantemente. También es bastante tardado poder entrar con un ejecutivo, ya que casi siempre hay solo uno o dos trabajando. Los empleados rara vez solucionan tus asuntos, porque no te informan adecuadamente y para librarse de problemas te dicen que llames por teléfono.
