★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal importante, sin embargo solo hay dos cajas siempre funcionando, y hacen falta más, los ejecutivos pésimos, no dan información correcta, mienten por salir del paso, y no solucionan nada, sin mencionar que son lentos en atender.

Pésima atención ; 3 horas para un trámite de cancelación de tarjeta de débito. Las cajeras completamente dependientes de la información de la gerente (cero capacitadas y facultadas para tomar decisiones simples).
La actitud de la funcionaria responsable de dar de baja mi tarjeta, burlona y prepotente, desgraciadamente no estaba su nombre visible y por la prisa que tenía de salir y de no tener nada que ver con ese banco, olvidé preguntarlo. Si estás a punto de abrir una cuenta por favor NO LO HAGAS!!!! es el peor banco de México y si tienes que estar a fuerza por tu nómina, no dudes de transferirla a cualquier otro banco.
