La atención de esta sucursal se resume básicamente en ineficiencia e incompencia, de verdad deseo que no estémos hablando de todo el sistema del banco. Vine el día de ayer a apertura de cuenta, me mandaron de vuelta argumentando de que me hacía falta un documento, después de haber obtenido al fin mi turno, vine está mañana desde antes de la apertura (abren hasta la 9am!!) Y me comentan una "nueva regla" en la que no me pueden dar el servicio porque no vivo cerca de la sucursal, ¿Por qué no me informaron desde mi primer visita? Gente mal capacitada trabajando al frente...

SANTANDER NO ES UN BANCO MUY DE MI AGRADO, PERO EN PARTICULAR ESTA SUCURSAL ES LA PEOR A LA QUE HE ACUDIDO, 2 HORAS PARA CANCELAR UNA CUENTA DE NÓMINA Y AL FINAL SE LES VA EL SISTEMA, QUE ME ESPERARÁ A QUE ME VOLVIERA A HABLAR, PÉSIMO SERVICIO, QUE MALA GERENCIA, OJALÁ COBTRATEN NUEVA ADMINISTRACIÓN

Es una sucursal donde te atienden de mala gana y lo peor no conocen o se hacen los ****** para un simple trámite sencillo se negaron a realizarlo, literal acudí a la sucursal de Balbuena dónde si lo realizaron y de mejor manera..PESIMA SUCURSAL CON PESIMA ATENCIÓN

Vienen sus familiares a platicar con los ejecutivos y amistades aparte los boletos se saltan en el turno, es realmente espantoso se saltan los turnos y para que me dijeran que mi cuenta está en la villa y Félix cuevas son las 15:54 llegué según el primer boleto a las 14:10 para ir a la villa o a Félix cuevas....no es justo ?
